Day off, all to myself!

Someone suggested looking for a massage in Chinatown, and an internet search turned up this place, Spaahbulous & More. $25 for an hour on the recliner. I feel like surely someone is being taken advantage of, but my brain and all my muscles feel like jello so really nothing is working right. I needed it very much.

Following my spa morning, I caught Terminator Genisys at a vintage Hollywood style theater, the Vista. I’m not huge into the Terminator mythology, but it added something to the film having toured the set back in New Orleans (thanks, Hank!). It struck me what an incredible coordination of effort it takes to bring a film to life on the big screen.
