I picked myself up, dusted off to another involuntary expletive, and looked for parents... but seeing no one make claim to the kid and that he was scrunching up his face to begin crying, I skated the fuck outta there. And I had an acai bowl. TIL that I am 100% the kind of person who will leave an unattended child crying in the street. 🤣 Lost a bit of skin on my knees but hey, how often do you get to (unintentionally) f-bomb a child? Free lesson: If you're going to pedal against the flow of traffic, you better be good or be ready to eat shit. 💩
